Just make sure those words you will be connecting to the main are words which are being connected by internet surfers too.  When this happen, your micro niche website will the first to appear in the search result.  Of course, you need to be aware the number of time these long tail keywords are written in the website.  This is to avoid the search engine particularly google that you are not spamming that particular keyword.  Check all possible resources before doing so to avoid uncertainties in the future.
