Obviously, sponsoring a blog is just another way on how to get a link from the blog being sponsored.  The blog then will put a link pointing back to sponsor’s website(s).  In way or another, this will be a good internet business advertising because of the blog owner regularly updating the blog, the link or the number of links of the sponsoring website will grow too.

Though the effect on the search engine might have the same with that of “linkroll/blogroll,” visitors will take this as one serious link because most the deals of sponsoring a blog is lifetime.  And, when we say lifetime, it will create great effect on the search engine as well.  So, in the long run, this is a good way and legal way of advertising your business via the internet.

Internet business advertising using opt in list or marketing the internet business through emailing has come up even to the unscupolous individual.  Recently, I received an email asking me to update my account on paypal, but when I mouse-over the link, it is not poited to Paypal URL but to another website.  I did not click it though.

I sent the email and the link to paypal already.  Paypal should have fix that website already.  If you received the same email, do not even try to click the link, mouse-over it first and if it does not pointing to papyal, that is a sure phishing.  Beware!  but if you accidentally clicked it, the best thing you can do is to login to your paypal account and change you password.

Opt in list is a good marketing strategy.  In fact, there are already people online who justifies this internet advertising a profitable one.  The only problem here is that it appears you are spamming emails and worst, your website might be reported to the authorities as one those who are doing unscrupulous thing online.
